The festival is supported by a volunteer team from Saarland’s burlesque community. The people who make it happen are performers themselves. They know what it means to feel looked after before and after an act.

Curation
Absinthique and Herr Impresario are responsible for curation. They watch every application video and put the line-up together. Team spots and invited guests are identified transparently.
Accommodation
We help connect people looking to share rooms. Accommodation opposite the venue offers reduced partner rates, subject to availability.

Application fee. No further application fees. Personal travel and accommodation costs and current compensation terms must be clarified before applying.

Our volunteer team organises the festival alongside their own performance work and everyday lives. We reply as promptly as we can; sometimes a little patience helps. English is used comfortably throughout the festival.
